Terms of Service — One Lawyer AI

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using One Lawyer AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. No legal advice

One Lawyer AI is a software tool for licensed attorneys. It does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. All AI-generated work product requires review by a licensed attorney before use.

3. Eligible users

The service is intended for licensed attorneys, paralegals working under attorney supervision, and law-firm staff. You represent that you have authority to use the service for the matters you submit.

4. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the service to:

Violate any law or professional rule of conduct.
Submit content you are not authorized to disclose.
Reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the service.
Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel from your account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular legal use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
