- Workspace content: documents, drafts, client intake records, research queries, and other material you submit.
- Usage data: feature usage, request logs, device and browser metadata.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the service, generate AI work product you request, secure the platform, support customers, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information.
4. AI processing
When you use AI features, the content you submit is sent to AI model providers solely to generate the requested response. All AI-generated work product is provided for attorney review and is not legal advice.
5. Confidentiality
You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to submit any client information and that your use of the service complies with your professional obligations, including duties of confidentiality and competence.
6. Data retention
We retain workspace content while your account is active. You may delete documents, intakes, and other content at any time. Deletion of your account removes associated content subject to backups and legal-hold obligations.
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and least-privilege server access.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
